Registration will begin this Sunday August 23rd from 1pm-6pm at High Noon 1 parking lot at the ticket booth. Cost per player is $50 for all divisions and an additional fee of $35 for each additional division. This fee includes the annual registration fee and all game fees for the fall season.
As our season will start on the 10th of September with the opening of the Women's division, players need to be registered by the 8th of September to participate in opening day games for all divisions. There will also be registration times available on August 24-26 from 6-8pm at the same location.
Future registration times will be made available to the division coordinators as the registrar's work schedule permits. Coordinators will announce these times when they are sent out.

Coed Division
Free Agency Open
We will be accepting free agent requests. Our pilot program will have 8 teams and each team will play each other once. Season will run in July and August. Games would be Tuesday and Thursdays at 6pm on the Burn Lake fields (no lights).
This division is NOT having an open player registration this season. All players must be have played either this fall or spring in an MVSL division and in good standing will be registered. No new players.

We are no longer accepting applications for new teams and will be forming new teams with free agents. Players will be assigned teams on a first come, first served basis.

New Features!!!
MVSL now has a forum! Register for MVSL Talk here. All registered members will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of three soccer balls. Register today! Must be registered by June 30, 2009. MVSL Talk is a great way to give us your input on the direction of the league.

There will be no Men's Over 30 games (4/10/09) and Men's Open games (4/11/09) these games will be rescheduled. Have a fun and safe holiday weekend.

Schedules Posted
All women's schedules are complete and Men's open has the first week posted.
Team Registration Deadline
Spring registration is here and almost gone!!! Fee for all leagues is $35 for players who played in the fall and new players add $22. Teams without enough players will not be put on the spring schedule. Registration form is here. This is the 11th and final registration session. If someone is not registered by Thursday March 5th they will not be eligible to play Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If a team has an ineligible player on the field the team will forfeit the game and the player and team will face a fine and suspension.
NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.

Attention women
We are looking into forming a Women's 5 v 5 Open league. See the rules here. Games most likely would be Tuesday nights. It is played just like the Over 30 league. You are encouraged to check out an Over 30 game. See schedule. What does a field look like? See here.

Congratulations to the Diamonds and the International Superstars!
The
Diamonds of the Women's Division finished 1st at the Fall Classic in
Albuquerque/Bernalillo.
The International Superstars finished 3rd. Job well done in representing the Mesilla Valley Soccer League.

Our site has gone through many extensive changes since August 2008. Please browse our site. You will see we have schedules posted and all the data is much easier to read and much more visually appealing. There is more useful content. Teams in our league can now have team pages that we will host. We are always looking for photo submissions as well. This is your league and we would like to see content provided by our membership.
Also added is a Health & Wellness section. Right now there is good info on ankle sprains and how to wrap and take care of them.

Attention Teams: Get your team on our site!!!
We will post a team bio, roster and pictures for teams who wish to make a submission. We will be accepting submissions in English and Spanish. If you do not make a submission your team will not be featured with its own page.
You do not need to know how to make a webpage, our webmaster will do all the work. Just put all your information (text) into a word document and also submit any pictures such as team photos and/or team logo. Please note this type of submission will be put into a one size fits all template.
